QUITO ABRE SUS PUERTAS 2009

‘Quito Abre Sus Puertas’ will permit visitors to get to know the facilities that the city offers for the organization of fairs, conventions, congresses and exhibitions, as well as the gastronomic, transport and hotel facilities that are guaranteed for a well organized event.

Specialized lecturers, and the opportunity to establish ties and connections with several suppliers, make from this second edition of ‘Quito Abre Sus Puertas’ the most important reunion of the year.

For this year’s edition to be a success, and for exhibitors as well as participants to be able to make the best from this encounter, the Quito’s Conventions and Incentives Bureau has selected and trained a 5-person-team, who are the ones in charge of visiting personally the representatives of the different organizations and companies that are invited to the event. On the other hand, representatives of several countries like Mexico, Uruguay, Venezuela, Colombia, Costa Rica and Panama have already confirmed their assistance. Among these companies, it’s worth mentioning Mexico’s House of Congresses and Incentives, American Express Incentives and Corporate Travel Service.

We will keep informing about the progress and development of the second edition of ‘Quito Abre Sus Puertas’.

Date: Thursday, October 8th.
