The Quito's conventions bureau offers its members the following benefits:

1. BCQ’s presence in international tourism fairs of tourism and incentive trips.
2. Sponsor and diffusion of encounters and fairs of significant interests in the city.
3. Planning and support on inspection visits of professional planners of international level events to show the city’s offers.
4. Obtaining and distributing databases to members.
5. Training to professional events organizers.
6. Training of encounters in Quito.
7. Technical support to its members in getting headquarters and conference, conventions, fairs and events planning in Quito.
8. Elaboration of Touristic Promotion Material and products and services of members that are distributed to the International Chambers of Commerce and Industries, professional events planners, travel agents and specialized wholesalers of incentive trips, public relations specialists, and other contacts of BCQ.
9. Distribution of the product and service offers of the Bureau Members to the participants of encounters in Quito.
10. Virtual press and public relation rooms through the website and the news section for members and visitants.
